SeekBox privacy

Read how SeekBox limits operator access, uses privacy-minimized telemetry, and distinguishes automated service processing from human review.

Operator access boundary

SeekBox is designed so its operator does not need to inspect private user content. The operator does not routinely access or review prompts, searches, uploads, saved work, account content, or payment details. Routine operational review is limited to privacy-minimized telemetry and service diagnostics. Information deliberately included in a support or privacy request may be read only as needed to respond.

Automated processing

Account identifiers, billing records, submitted content, and connected-service data may be processed automatically by SeekBox systems or service providers only as needed to deliver requested features, maintain security, enforce limits, and meet legal obligations. Live AI, search, image, voice, or analysis features may send a prompt and required context to the applicable provider. Current providers can include Clerk, Supabase, Cloudflare, Netlify, Stripe, and selected AI or search providers.

If a user chooses speech-to-text, the browser may process microphone audio through its own speech-recognition service. SeekBox receives the resulting text, not the microphone recording, and does not save that audio. Browser and operating-system permissions control microphone access.

Operational telemetry

Public-site telemetry may include an anonymous browser identifier, device category, pages and features used, timestamps, result status, latency, diagnostics, security events, and approximate edge-provided location. It does not include prompt or search text. First-party operational event records are designed not to retain raw IP addresses, although hosting and security providers necessarily process network information when a device connects.

Cookies and browser storage

SeekBox uses essential, host-local cookies and browser storage for sign-in, security, consent choices, preferences, visitor limits, local suggestions, saved interface settings, and service operation. Blocking essential storage may prevent authentication or other requested features from working. The public and signed-in sites do not share an authentication cookie across the parent domain.

Optional third-party advertising or campaign-measurement technology is disabled unless a user chooses Accept optional cookies. SeekBox does not currently load the Reddit advertising pixel. If Google Ads or another measurement provider is enabled later, this notice will identify the provider and purpose before optional measurement is activated.

Sharing, retention, and choices

SeekBox does not currently sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information is retained only as reasonably needed for service operation, accounts, transactions, security, disputes, and legal obligations; provider retention may vary. Depending on location, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, copy, restrict, or appeal certain processing.

Children and contact
